Mindful Gardening at RHS Bridgwater
Join us for an afternoon in nature, improving your health physically and mentally.
Explore the beautiful gardens and learn how to maintain and develop flora and how to improve the environment.
We will spend some time in the Community Garden and enjoy a brief walk around this beautiful site.

Children are welcome and this walk is suitable for pushchairs.
Please wear suitable clothing and shoes and bring a drink and snacks with you.
There is a £3 cost per person towards this session, places are very limited so please only book on if you can attend.
