We offer several different services and sessions to help start your journey and empower our community.
Yes we do. We run events thoughout the year for all age ranges, this will be displayed on the leaflets.
We run events throughout Bolton, Greater Manchester and Lancashire
We are based in Bolton and Blackburn.

Talk Changes was recommended to me by a friend after the loss of my parents and I can honestly say it was the best thing I’ve ever done. I learnt so much about myself, what’s a trigger for me, how to deal with it as well as insight into my own personality which has helped me practice a lot more mindfulness.

I’m not going to say it’s an easy road you do have to talk about things you have pushed under surface but the more keep pushing the more it will eventually pop and come to the surface in not a healthy way.

Just because you look ok doesn’t mean you are and the more you leave and not discuss it becomes toxic. toxic for you and the people around you. I like that my counsellor is Muslim and female and that we can discuss the cultural side of our lives and the religious so it’s a holistic approach.
