We are a group of professionals that want to help those that are in need. With over 20 years of experience, we understand that we are all connected – connected by emotion, experience and communication. Mental Health is on the rise and with 1 in 4 people in the UK experiencing mental health problems, we need to raise awareness. We want to help the community and organisations alike by bringing awareness of the importance of mental health and by playing our part in alleviating mental illness wherever we can.
