Our Vision
We see a society devoid of the stigma associated with mental health. Where every individual is valued and respected, and given every opportunity to contribute what they can, when they can and how they can, for the wellbeing of that society regardless of what background they are from.
Our mission
We are a group of professionals that want to help those that are in need. With over 20 years of experience, we understand that we are all connected – connected by emotion, experience and communication.
Mental Health is on the rise and with 1 in 4 people in the UK experiencing mental health problems, we need to raise awareness. We want to help the community and organisations alike by bringing awareness of the importance of mental health and by playing our part in alleviating mental illness wherever we can.
At Talk Changes, we strongly believe that our journey starts with a simple conversation; empowering the community one conversation at a time where everyone can have a voice
Our values
Respect, empathy, empowerment, unconditional positive regard, congruence, innovation, courage, integrity, open communication, equality.

Trainee & Volunteer Counsellors
As part of our commitment to nurturing the next generation of therapists, we also welcome trainee counsellors who are currently undertaking Level 4+ training and are on placement with us. Under close supervision and guidance, our trainees offer valuable support to clients while developing their professional skills.
They bring fresh perspectives, enthusiasm, and a strong dedication to learning, all within a safe and ethically managed environment.

My goal is to create a safe and supportive space where you feel heard, valued, and respected—no matter what you’re going through. I also bring cultural and spiritual sensitivity into my counselling, especially when it holds significance for you. As an Aalimah, I understand the importance of faith and identity in shaping our emotional well-being, and I aim to integrate this understanding in a way that supports your healing journey.
